Went with a group to try out this spot. I ordered the sampler platter, iced tea, gulab jamun, and garlic naan. The sampler platter has a chicken samosa, vegetable samosa, onion bajji, and vegetable pakora. With the sampler platter, the chicken and vegetable samosa were good. The onion bajji and pakora were pretty rich in oil. The sauces that came with it complimented everything on that plate. The garlic naan had a strong flavor, and the garlic was browned and crunchy. The gulab jamun was sweet and was a nice dessert. The iced tea was another standout, being slightly spiced it was different than expected. Overall a good experience.

The food here was delicious with excellent service. Thank you for the service Abu! The servings were large and the food did not disappoint. We got the lamb curry and chicken biryani. The lamb was my favorite because it was perfectly cooked and season. Would come here again!

I've seen lots of good press for this restaurant so we headed to Studio City. The parking lot was small, but we found free street parking across the street on a Sunday night. There are some nice looking dinner specials, but we chose a la carte and were very happy. We got garlic naan, chicken tikka, saag paneer, chicken vindaloo (spicy), mint chutney and rice. Service was good, the decor is nice and portions were great for the price. We had a good dinner and enough leftover for the next night. Staff was nice to bring us containers and a bag to carry everything in. Worth the trip from Glendale!

Wonderful experience at Lal Mirch, ask for Abu! He was super friendly and made our meal pleasant. He was quite attentive and checked up on us frequently. We ordered Mango Lassi, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, Rice Pudding and Pistachio Ice Cream (not pictured). Everything came out piping hot and delicious!! The restaurant is clean, and feels quite authentic. Our new fave Indian spot in Studio City - will definitely be back

This will be my girlfriend and my third time here, and we're already excited for our next visit! The waiters here are always very friendly and attentive. We were served by Abu today, and he was very quick with his service and constantly checking in on us. The food, as always was very delicious! We got the mango tikka masala, rather than our usual chicken tikka masala, and it was very tasty! The Lamb Rogan Josh was very flavorful and full of tasty vegetables and spices, it was our first time trying it and we enjoyed it! It is very nice inside the restaurant, always a super welcoming and friendly environment, with the staff constantly stopping by your table to ensure everything is to your liking. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody searching for some tasty Indian food, it's one of my favorites in LA!

My friends brought me here for the first time, and I told them that if it "slapped" and if the food really "hit" (my friends are younger and use this type of slang) then I would leave a review. Folks, let's just say I "busted" when I got my meal. Everything was so great, and in particular the service was fantastic. The spice levels had me feeling like it was a "hot girl summer" but in a good way! I had the lamb korma and I highly recommend it. We ate everything up so fast, that I didn't even have time to steal a "pic!" Can't wait to return here for a great dining experience.

Food is amazing. Got the Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Korma, and Butter Chicken. Definitely recommend. The Mango Lassi here is delicious! Abu provides such great service. He's our favorite!

First time here and Abu greeted us at the table right away and was very welcoming! Service was very fast and he made sure to check up on us quite often. The chicken mahkani and garlic naan are so delicious!
